Why do journalists delete AI-written pitches?

CloviPR integrates with a third-party media contact database that aggregates journalist and editorial contact information from across the web, updated continuously. You filter by beat, outlet size, region, and recency of publication. You can also import your own existing press contacts or add contacts manually — the database is a starting point, not a requirement.
What is LinkedIn pre-warm and does it actually help?
LinkedIn pre-warm means connecting with or sending a brief, relevant message to a journalist on LinkedIn 3–5 days before your email pitch. A journalist who sees your name in their LinkedIn notifications is more likely to recognize it when your pitch lands. CloviPR automates this touch while respecting LinkedIn's daily action limits. Whether it increases your specific reply rate depends on the story and the journalist — we do not publish a guaranteed uplift figure because results vary.
Will my outreach comply with CAN-SPAM and GDPR?
Yes. Every pitch sent through CloviPR includes a physical sender address and a one-click opt-out. Journalist do-not-contact flags are honored permanently. Media outreach to journalists is generally treated differently from commercial bulk email under GDPR (it falls under legitimate interest for editorial contact), but CloviPR's defaults keep you compliant either way. You can export or delete your data at any time.
How long until I can send my first pitch?
Most users complete their first campaign setup in under 15 minutes. A guided briefing form asks for your story angle, target beat, and a few details about your company. CloviPR uses this to generate a journalist list, draft a pitch, and run it through the humanization pipeline. You review the output and approve before anything is sent.
Is CloviPR suitable for agencies managing multiple clients?
Yes. The Agency plan adds isolated client sub-accounts, custom branding, your own sender domain, and white-label coverage reports — so you can run multiple client campaigns under your own brand. Each client's contacts and pitch history are kept separate. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in.
